Spring Bound III

De Landtsheer Art Gallery has proudly accepted the invitation to participate in the Spring Bound III fundraising event. We will be exhibiting sculptural chandeliers from the Blue Poodle Studio and bronze sculptures by Belgian artist Jan Desmarets.

Spring Bound III is the third installment of a popular fundraising event organized by the Friends of the Sewickley Public Library. The exhibition will open with a Red Carpet Champagne Vernissage on Saturday, April 1, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Esmark and Bouchard Family Community Room at the new Tull Family Theater at 418 Walnut Street in Sewickley. Guests will enjoy Veuve Clicquot champagne, hors d’oeuvres by Vivo and 424 Walnut, and the first opportunity to view and purchase art in advance as they mingle with the artists. Tickets for the exclusive one-hour vernissage are $75.

Other members of the public will enjoy the exhibit and sale between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. with wine and hors d’oeuvres. Tickets for this portion are $25.

Nearly 20 Pittsburgh area artists, some well known and some new, will show their support at Spring Bound III. All proceeds from ticket sales and donations, as well as 100% of the proceeds from sales after the artists’ commission, will benefit the library and its many programs and services.
